Kirk Hafner steps forward to demand that the system be terminated. Realizing he's powerless to stop the project by himself, Hafner contacts news reporter Danni Nelson with plans to expose Terrell. Hafner quickly discovers the motives and loyalties of authorities are not in his favor.

Kirk Hafner desperately seeks to save the world from the potential devastation to be caused by billionaire Robert Terrell’s obsession with controlling the weather. The race against time begins as Hafner finds himself the target of Terrell’s band of henchmen. As weather conditions continue to worsen, Hafner turns to Detective Devon Williams to help him maneuver his way through Terrell’s deadly game. Together, the pair attempts to shut down the weather system with the hope of making it out alive.
