Before requesting a refund make sure you have unsubscribed from Pro, you can easily do it from within the Originals app or from your iOS devices Settings app.

Just follow the steps in this FAQ support article, and you'll have your subscription canceled in no time.

About Requesting Refunds

All of our in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed by Apple's In-App purchases. This is for your security and privacy, we do not have access to your banking/credit card information and will never ask you for your credit card number or other personal information.

Developers can not directly issue refunds for App Store purchases, in-app purchases or subscriptions, however refunds can easily be requested from Apple.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Under What can we help you with?, select Request a refund.
  3. Choose I didn’t mean to buy this to reduce the likelihood of your refund request being declined by Apple.

⚠️ Important:
Avoid selecting options like My purchase doesn’t work as expected or In-app purchase not received, as these may increase the chances of Apple declining your request.
